Ans9 (a) Meeting of Estate General. In the meeting of Estate General called by Louis XVI on 5 May 1789 to increase the taxes, the members of 3rd estate were made to stand. Women, peasants and artisans were not allowed to enter.
(b) Demand for one vote one person In the meeting of Estate General, the 3rd estate demanded for one vote one person which was rejected by the King.

(d) The members of 3rd estate believed in removing the feudal privileges of the nobles and clergy. They declared themselves as the National Assembly.
(e) The peasants revolted in the countryside.

(d) He was also seen as a liberator who was expected to bring freedom.
(e) He soon became a threat for the kings of Europe and was finally defeated at Waterloo in 1815.
